Big Ten Media Days is headed West this summer.

The conference announced on Friday that the 2025 Big Ten Football Media Days will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas from July 22-24.

The Big Ten has yet to announce which teams will be featured on which days or which student-athletes and coaches will be in attendance, but they did say the entire three-day event will be aired live on Big Ten Network. Last July, Ohio State was featured on Day One of Big Ten Media Days held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis alongside Illinois, Purdue, Rutgers, Northwestern and Wisconsin.

The conference’s move to the West Coast is an expected one, as Big Ten commissioner Tony Pettiti alluded to expanding the conference’s “geographical footprint” for certain events to account for the additions of Oregon, Washington, UCLA and USC into the conference.

That could include the Big Ten Championship Game, which will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium. through 2028. Pettiti said at last year’s Big Ten Media Days that while the conference is pleased with their current relationship with Lucas Oil Stadium and the city of Indianapolis, they are interested in putting that game out West in the future.

“I think you’ll see us expand,” Pettiti said. “I think it’s important to make sure that markets around the country get to experience Big Ten championships. It’s a really good way to connect the conference. I think over time you’ll start to see the geographic footprint expand, keeping in mind competitive issues.”
