Ohio State added another commitment to its 2025 class in Mansfield (Ohio) Ontario wide receiver Bodpegn Miller (6-4, 180), who received his scholarship offer from Ohio State just three days ago.
A converted quarterback, Miller impressed wide receivers coach Brian Hartline enough at the Buckeyes seven-on-seven tournament that he was able to secure an offer, which he jumped on quickly.
He is the 17th overall commit in the class and is the third wide receiver with Wayne (N.J.) DePaul Catholic four-star De’zie Jones and Oradell (N.J.) four-star Quincy Porter (6-3, 190) both committed to the Buckeyes already.
While Miller is unranked currently by 247Sports composite ranking, he held offers from 16 Division I schools including Boston College, Iowa State, Northwestern, Ohio, Penn, Yale and Youngstown State, among others. He had an official visit set to go to Boston College this weekend.
While Miller is the third receiver commitment in the class, Ohio State is still likely going to try for at least one more with Duncanville, Texas, five-star Dakorien Moore (5-11, 182); Mission Viejo (Calif.) four-star Phillip Bell (6-2, 195); Orlando (Fla.) Jones four-star Vernell Brown III (5-11, 170) and Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy four-star Daylan McCutcheon (5-11, 175) still uncommitted.
