Miller certainly left his mark on Buckeye football during his five separate years with the program with a total of 5,295 passing yards, 52 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in his career. He also had 3,315 rushing yards, eclipsing the 1,000-yard mark twice, and had 340 yards receiving in his senior season when he switched positions.

In his sophomore and junior seasons he was crowned the Big Ten offensive player of the year, throwing for 4,133 yards, 39 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in those two years while running for 2,339 yards and 25 touchdowns.

Miller took a medical redshirt the year after for a surgery on his torn labrum that he suffered in practice, the same shoulder he had issues with in the Orange Bowl to finish the 2013 season in a 40-35 loss to Clemson. J.T. Barrett took over at quarterback for Miller for the 2014 season and broke his ankle, leading to Cardale Jones coming in as the third-string to take the Buckeyes to their first national championship win since 2002.

After his Ohio State career, he was drafted by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2016 NFL draft with the 85th overall pick and went on to play two seasons there as a receiver, catching 34 passes for 261 yards and two touchdowns in 21 games.
