247 Composite Rankings: He is rated as the No. 56 overall recruit in the country, the No. 9 wide receiver and the No. 1-ranked player out of New Jersey.

Other Offers: Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M.
How He Did In High School: In three prolific seasons at Bergen Catholic, Porter hauled in 133 receptions for 2,624 receiving yards and 38 touchdowns. In his senior season, Porter had a career-high 57 receptions for 969 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Where He Fits For 2025: As has been the case for the entirety of Ryan Day’s tenure with Brian Hartline as the wide receivers coach, the Buckeyes’ receiving room will be loaded with talent when Porter arrives in Columbus. It’s hard to imagine Porter following in the footsteps of former No. 1-ranked recruit Jeremiah Smith and starting in year one, but he could see playing time behind the likes of Smith, Carnell Tate and Brandon Inniss.
