Former Ohio State running back Dallan Hayden has found a new home for next season with Colorado after leaving through the transfer portal.
He joins head coach Deion Sanders and quarterback Shedeur Sanders on a team that made noise in the beginning of the 2023 season before finishing the year with six straight losses and a 4-8 record.
Hayden was looking at another year at Ohio State where he might not have gotten as much time as he wanted on the field with TreVeyon Henderson returning to the backfield and Quinshon Judkins joining for the 2024 season.
Because Hayden redshirted last season, he will have three more years of eligibility at Colorado.
Hayden is the second Buckeye to find a new home, and so far has been one of only two to leave through the transfer portal with redshirt freshman safety Cedrick Hawkins committing to UCF over the weekend.
