The Walter Camp Football Foundation named its All-Americans, and Ohio State is representedby three players on the list. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. was named to the first team on offense while both cornerback Denzel Burke and defensive tackle Tyleik Williams were named second team All-Americans on defense.
Harrison has already won the Biletnikoff Award and will attend the Heisman ceremony as a finalist after his outstanding season, and now was named an All-American by Walter Camp for the second straight year.
This recognition is first of five different major All-America teams which include the Associated Press, the Football Writers Association of America, the American Football Coaches Association and Sporting News. If he makes each of them, he will be just the fifth Buckeye to be a unanimous All-American for two years.
Williams had a breakout season on the defensive line with 50 tackles, 10 for a loss, three sacks, five passes broken up and a fumble recovery for a touchdown.
Burke returned to dominant form after a slow sophomore campaign with nine passed defended, an interception, a forced fumble and 19 tackles, two of those for a loss.
