Ohio State Adds Nov. 15 Matchup With Merrimack To Nonconference Schedule
According to a report from CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein, Ohio State will host Merrimack on Nov. 15 in another addition to the school’s nonconference schedule for the 2023-24 season.
This will be the first time these programs have faced off. Elsewhere on the nonconference schedule, Ohio State will host Texas A&M on Nov. 10 in the first game of a home-and-home series, with the Buckeyes set to play at College Station next season, and will host Western Michigan on Nov. 19.
Ohio State will then play in the Emerald Coast Classic at Northwester Florida State College from Nov. 24-25, set to face Alabama in the semifinal with a matchup against either Oregon or Santa Clara in the next round. The Buckeyes will also face West Virginia in a neutral-site matchup in Cleveland on Dec. 30.
Ohio State’s Big Ten slate has already been announced, with the Buckeyes set to host Illinois, Maryland and Purdue and play at Iowa, Michigan State and Northwestern, with home and away matchups against Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Penn State, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
