Ohio State graduate assistant coach Sean Binckes is leaving Columbus for a position with the Las Vegas Raiders, according to multiple reports.
He has been with the Buckeyes for the last two seasons, helping Keenan Bailey coach tight ends, after coming from a similar role at Temple in 2022. Before that, he was at FIU, serving as the running backs coach.
Binckes, a former tight end at Long Island University-Post from 2012-16, will be joining former Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly’s staff in the NFL.
He got his start in coaching in 2016 as a wide receivers coach at Nassau Community College before being promoted to offensive coordinator. He also served as the strength and conditioning coach and offensive line coach at different times during his time at Nassau.
