There is no date or time specified for the matchup at this point.
Towson finished its 2019-20 season with a 19-13 record, including a 12-6 record in the Colonial Athletic Association. The last time the Buckeyes played a team from the CAA was on Nov. 19, 2017, when Ohio State took down Northeastern 80-55 behind 24 points from Jae’Sean Tate on perfect 10-of-10 shooting.
The only other game announced thus far for Ohio State’s schedule is a season-opening nonconference home matchup against Oakland, a Horizon League team coming off a 14-19 record last season. The Buckeyes will also be a part of the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in November which takes place in the Bahamas and also includes Creighton, Duke, Memphis, Texas A&M, Utah, West Virginia and Wichita State.
