The game time for Ohio State’s matchup against Purdue on Nov. 9 has been revealed.
The Buckeyes Week 11 game time announcement was initially held back, but has been revealed to be slated for another Big Noon Kickoff on Fox in Columbus.
It will be the 59th time the two teams match up against each other, Ohio State leading the series with 41 wins compared to the Boilermakers 15 along with two ties.
The Buckeyes went to West Lafayette, Ind., last season for a 41-7 win in which Kyle McCord threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns with Devin Brown also getting the first touchdown pass of his career. Dallan Hayden stood out in the win while filling in for the injured TreVeyon Henderson.
The last time Purdue beat the Buckeyes was in 2018 when Dwayne Haskins was 49 of 73 passing the ball for 470 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. The Buckeyes were beat by Boilermaker running back D.J. Knox running the ball 16 times for 128 yards and three touchdowns while quarterback David Blough threw for 378 yards and three more scores, putting together a 28-point fourth quarter against the Urban Meyer-led Buckeyes.
Now that Ohio State has gotten past Penn State, its full attention is now with the Boilermakers.
The only other game time that has been revealed this season is the noon kickoff against Michigan on Nov. 30, which will be televised on Fox as well.
