According to the Action Network’s Brett McMcurphy, Ohio State’s road contest at Wisconsin on Oct. 28 will reportedly be under the lights, with the game set for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on NBC.
The game will be highlighted as part of NBC and Peacock’s Big Ten Saturday Night, which will broadcast a conference game in primetime during every week of the regular season. Ohio State will also be featured on Nov. 11, when Michigan State travels to Ohio Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
Along with the contest against the Spartans, Ohio State has already announced that the team’s road trip at Notre Dame on Sept. 23 will be broadcast at 7:30 p.m. on NBC. Other announced kickoff times include at Indiana on Sept. 2 (3:30 p.m., CBS), Youngstown State on Sept. 9 (12 p.m., BTN), Western Kentucky on Sept. 16 (4 p.m., FOX) and Michigan on Nov. 25 (12 p.m., FOX).
Ohio State has won the last nine games against Wisconsin, including the last two in Madison, Wisc. The teams last met up on the Badgers’ home turf on Oct. 15, 2016, in a 30-23 win for the Buckeyes.
This time around, Wisconsin will be welcoming in Ohio State to face new head coach Luke Fickell, who played for the Buckeyes from 1992-96 and coached at Ohio State from 2002-2016, including a one-year stint as interim head coach.
