Ohio State’s Nov. 7 Game Against Rutgers Set For Primetime

By October 26, 2020 (2:00 pm)Football

The Big Ten announced on Monday afternoon Ohio State’s Nov. 7 game against Rutgers will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Big Ten Network.

That will be the second straight night game for the Buckeyes, who are 1-0 following a season-opening win over Nebraska and travel to Penn State this weekend. It’s also marks the return of Scarlet Knights head coach Greg Schiano, who served as Ohio State’s defensive coordinator from 2016-18, as well as former safety Brenton White, who transferred to Rutgers this offseason.

The Buckeyes have won the last four meetings by a combined score of 222-24, but the Scarlet Knights are 1-0 this season after knocking off Michigan State on the road. It was their first win over a Big Ten opponent since 2017.
