On it’s third weekend of official visits, Ohio State will host eleven prospects on campus to try to earn some commitments.

The recruits who are committed to Ohio State that will be on campus are Toledo (Ohio) Whitmer four-star offensive tackle Carter Lowe (6-5, 290) and Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star defensive lineman London Merritt (6-3, 250).

The uncommitted defensive prospects making their way to Columbus are Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star linebacker Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng (6-1, 205), Elkhart, Ind., four-star defensive end Mariyon Dye (6-5, 270), Owings Mills (Md.) McDonogh four-star cornerback Brandon Finney (6-2, 185), Philadelphia St. Joseph’s Prep four-star defensive lineman Maxwell Roy (6-3, 270) and Newport News (Va.) Warwick four-star safety Messiah Delhomme (6-1, 196).

Owusu-Boateng is the 9th-best linebacker in the 2025 class and has also visited South Carolina, USC, Stanford, and Notre Dame, and will also be visiting Georgia and Michigan as well.

Dye is the 150th overall recruit in the country and his other official visits this month are Purdue, Michigan, Florida State and Tennessee. In his junior season he has 40 tackles, three for loss and one sack.

Finney plays on both sides of the ball for McDonogh, snagging three interceptions as a corner and 22 tackles while also catching 51 passes for 632 yards and four touchdowns.

Roy is currently favored by those in the industry to land with the Wolverines, but this weekend will be the Buckeyes chance to try to change that for the 220th overall recruit in the nation.

So far, Delhomme has taken official visits to Virginia Tech and Virginia and will head to Maryland the weekend after he’s in Columbus.

On the offensive side of the ball, the Buckeyes will host Roswell (Ga.) Fellowship Christian School four-star offensive tackle Josh Petty (6-5, 262), Mobile (Ala.) Vigor four-star offensive tackle Micah DeBose (6-5, 315), Mission Viejo, Calif., four-star wide receiver Phillip Bell (6-2, 195), and Philadelphia St. Joseph’s Prep three-star running back Isaiah West (5-11, 208).

Petty is the No. 5 overall offensive tackle in the country and the 32nd-best player overall. His official visits, along with Ohio State, have been to Stanford and Tennessee along with a Florida State visit next weekend.

DeBose is the eight-best offensive tackle in the country according to 247Sports composite ranking. Florida, LSU and Alabama are also hosting him on official visits.

Bell’s visits include Washington, Penn State, Tennessee and USC. He finished his junior season with 56 catches for 644 yards and seven touchdowns.

West decommitted from Kentucky last month and the Buckeyes are seen as the favorite to land the running back as of now. He would be the second commitment for Ohio State at the position in the 2025 class after Cleveland Villa Angela-St. Joseph’s four-star Bo Jackson (6-0, 205) pledged on June 4 after his official visit to the campus.
