On Jan. 2, 2019, Ryan Day will take over as Ohio State’s head football coach.
Day, currently in his second season as the Buckeyes’ offensive coordinator, has agreed to a five-year contract with Ohio State, according to a report by Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports.

Day is set to take over for Urban Meyer, who is set to retire after coaching in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
